Updating a 60’s classic
The 1500 Irving Building is a classic 1960’s office building. In its latest renovation, exposed concrete floors, concrete ceilings, and wood-paneled lobby’s result in an inviting office space for Portland creatives. The art selection was bold in gesture and color helping to define the restrooms, gym, bike room, and common area meeting spaces. Custom fabrication and commissions by local artists.
